A meditative Journey to the Astral plane
Join Maestra Brenda Jamsgard on a guided journey to the Astral plane where you will create and visit a sacred Autumn garden where you can work the energy of the Autumn Equinox.
The Autumn Equinox represents a time of balance and transformation and offers us a chance to reflect on what we have and what we've accomplished. We can honor the harvest and abundance in our lives and have gratitude for all we are and all we have. As we sit in the balance of day and night we can prepare for the darkness coming all while holding the light within ourselves. Let’s go to our garden and celebrate the harvest of our abundance.
Brenda will guide the revelers to the Astral plane and work with you to visualize and create an Autumn Garden. The goal of this is to work the energy of the oncoming season, but also to create a sanctuary for yourself to visit ANYTIME you want to visit the energies of Autumn. Even thinking about the garden or remembering it will bring you back to the energy you will set in this workshop.
If possible, bring a candle, and a small piece of paper and pen or pencil.
