Immerse yourself into island life… awaken to birdsongs and the tradewinds rustling the palms. Once a coconut plantation, trees are still taller than anything on the land. The Village Rooms building has been tranquilly positioned with lagoon views and breezes.

Within the Maya-inspired village,  there is a meditation garden with Maya carvings and seating niches. Lily-lined paths lead to a circular, mandala-inspired sacred garden with a canopy of bougainvillea, flowering vines and fragrant plants, (shhhh! there is an internet connection). These simple but lovely accommodations are in a 3-story structure inspired by Mayan ruins. You will share a bath/shower room with others on your floor and enjoy a simple but lovely room.

Sea & Garden View Cabanas

The Mayan village also offers 7 “island chic” private cabanas, textured throughout with woven thatched ceilings, soothing river rock flooring and mosaic countertops. In the traditional “old school” style, windows are plantation shuttered and the caban has accordion style front doors that open to the sea and lead out to your private bush-stick front porch.

Carved mahogany sinks with conch shell faucets keep you in the island vibe and the queen bed features a warrior wood headboard with mosquito netting and storage underneath. The loft can accommodate additional guests (each cabana can hold up to 3 guests but pricing is currently for double occupancy. If triple occupancy is desired, please have 3 people ready to sign up and contact us for a quote. )
